Davina Salmon

Davina Salmon is the Director of the Wandle Learning Partnership (WLP), the teacher and curriculum development arm of Wandle Learning Trust. She promotes the ethos of the WLP, as a centre of opportunity and collaboration, recognising the richness and diversity of all its members and expert partners. 

She has a consistent record in developing and delivering innovative curriculum, leadership and wider professional development programmes that offer schools an opportunity to reflect on policy and practice resulting in impactful improvements to pupils’ learning. She leads on the strategic development and operational delivery of WLP’s high functioning hubs, driven by the outstanding practice of the lead school, Chesterton Primary School. These hubs are at the cutting edge of curriculum and pedagogic development and provide innovative professional development opportunities across the SW London region. She has been instrumental in establishing the Wandle Teaching School Hub who will work alongside the DfE to provide high quality professional development to teachers throughout their careers. Most recently, she has project managed the Little Wandle Letters and Sounds Revised programme, which she took from inception, through validation and onto delivery to schools nationally.
